If you send your messages from an Virtual Mobile Number, it’s automatically possible for recipients to reply. Unfortunately it’s not possible to prevent them from doing so.

We can provide options to allow you to automatically allow recipients to opt out from receiving your messages (please speak to our sales team) but we can’t do this in reverse.
