How can I check my credit balance?

When you login to Echo’s web interface here, your balance is displayed on the right hand side of the screen.

How can I purchase credit online?

When you login to Echo’s web interface here, just below the balance you can buy credit online.

If you can’t see this button on the right, you may need to click on the Esendex logo on the top left to return to the home page, or you may not have user permissions to make a purchase.

Can I check when my messages expire?

Messages expire 12 months after purchase, this will be detailed on your invoice. If you don’t have this to hand contact a member of our sales team on sales@esendex.com.au or call 1300 764 946

Can I pay monthly rather than PAYG?

We can offer a couple of different tariff options for monthly payment. Please call our AU SMS experts on 1300 764 946 to discuss your requirements.

How do I get a copy of an Invoice?
