It is recommended that you change your password on a regular basis.

To change it, when logged in, all you need to do is click on your username at the top right of the page:

This will take you to a page to change your password (you can also update your timezone and personal information on this screen).

Enter your current password, and then your new password twice.

It must be 8 characters in length, and not your email address. We maintain a list of blacklisted passwords that are easy to guess such as ‘Password’ or ‘Pa55w0rd’; you will see an error if you choose one of these.

We will also check your password for strength. A good way of strengthening your password is by making it longer, for example, by adding an extra word. Here’s a blog article on creating strong passwords, if you need any pointers.

This will not affect your API password.

If you need to change your API password you can do so also on this page:

Once you click on the button the new password will be shown, if you are happy to change the password, then click the Update button.

If you refresh or navigate away from the page, the password will not be displayed again.
