If you’ve been sent an email from your account administrator adding you to their Echo account, you’ll have been sent a link; for security reasons, if not clicked, this link will time out.

You can contact the person that sent the email; their email address will be in the email you received, they will be able to get the link sent out again.

Or if you can’t get a response, just use the forgotten password method to get a password.
